The process is as follow:
- The Automatic Coating Machine coats the peanuts with syrup and flour mix.
- Fines are removed using the sifting machine. Sifted peanuts are stored in a hopper. A vibrating feeder will feed peanuts from the hopper into the frying pan.
- The frying system will fry the peanuts. The system includes a frying pan, heat exchanger, burner, online oil filter and oil storage tank.
- After peanuts exist from the frying pan, excess surface oil will be blown off as they are on the de-oil conveyor.
- The peanuts are then sent for seasoning.
