Plastic Basket Washing Machine
This washing machine is composed of Conveyor System, Washing System, Filter insulation system,Control System and other
components.
The washing machine using:
1.The turnover baskets/crates/trays which need to be cleaned are filled in the washing machine.
2.Adding aqueous alkaline solution, hot water, room temperature water into the machine in order to wash the baskets/crates/trays clearly.
3.Rinse the baskets with clean water
Features:
- Mainly made of 304 stainless steel, sanitary and strong;
- Steam heating; - Capacity: 400 to 500 pieces/hour;
- Four stages washing: Hot water plus detergent + Cold water + Cold water + tap water;
-Use high pressue spary water washing+Tap water;
-Machine with automatic water replenishment function
