Product Description
1.- Poultry Chicken Plastic Basket Crate Washing Machine
Crate washing machine, is used for washing plastic crates,baskets and stainless steel plates, mainly in poultry industry, food processing industry such as bakery, meat, poutry, vegetable processing, and so on.
The washing process can be divided into three stages:
The first system is hot alkaline water washing, the second is hot water washing,
and the third is common water washing.
In the third system the common water is recycled into the water tank of the second
system and heated for reuse, and part of the sewage is discharged automatically.
There are heating pipes in the water tanks of the first and system, and the temperature
can be set from normal temperature to 95° C.
The length of the machine is customized according to the requirements of customers.
But the minimum length is suggested as 5 meters, if length is too small, the washing effect
of the machine will be affected.

Waster water could be recycled,this reduces more cost.
